No! We have used essential oils together with other skin softening ingredients such as shea butter, and aloe vera in our formulation - but in a perfect balance that creates smooth soft skin without residual greasiness.

Can this lotion be used on face as well?

Yes. This product is suitable for all over face and body, and is safe for kids, babies, and adults alike.

What is the difference between the retail formulation in the small bottles, and the bulk size?

These formulations are almost identical - save and except that we use a trace amount of synthetic preservative in the 4L and 20L sizes to provide preservation for up to 5 years. This is to guard against product separation for long term storage for larger volumes.
