Is your shampoo safe for use on all hair types?

Our shampoo is designed for family use regardless of hair type and color, however it is not recommended for coloured hair.

How often should I shampoo my hair?

As with our other personal care habits, our hair becomes accustomed to repetitive washing and the frequency of this activity can often be reduced to 2 or 3 times a week and achieve greater benefits for the scalp and hair. Over-washing is drying for the scalp and hair.

What is the issue with using shampoos that contain sulfates or artificial dyes?

These additives are drying for the hair, and can be toxic when ingested or absorbed through the skin when used repetiviely over time. Also, these synthetic chemicals are often not biodegradable and therefore have a longer term negative impact on the environment.

Is your fragrance free shampoo actually scent free? 

No, our shampoo has a scent of the base ingredients that are used, and so it has a slight scent that is not unpleasant.  We do not add any other fragrance to mask this natural scent
